General Terms of Sale

Article I. Products and Services :

1)          The products and services offered by NeoShine are those listed on the website and in the brochures available in-store.

2)         NeoShine reserves the right to alter the services and products offered on the website and in-store.

Article II. Prices :

1)          The displayed prices are in euros and include VAT.

2)          NeoShine reserves the right to change its prices.

Article III. Orders

1)          Product orders are made via the website or in-store.

2)          The acceptance of an order implies acceptance of the general terms of sale established by NeoShine.

3)          In case of a dispute, NeoShine reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order placed by a customer.

Article IV. Services

1)          The services offered by NeoShine are first subject to a quote.

2)          After acceptance of the quote, an appointment is made with the client so that NeoShine can proceed with the services under the best possible conditions.

3)          In the event that, during the service, an issue not identified during the creation of the quote becomes known, the vehicle owner will be contacted to take, with their consent, the appropriate measures.

Article V. Payments

1)          Payments for products and services are made by bank transfer, credit card or agreed upon method.

2)          The online store accepts payments by credit cards and payments via Paypal.

Article VI. Delivery

1)          Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.

2)          Delivery times are given as an indication and are therefore not guaranteed.

Article VII. Warranty and Claims

1)          NeoShine does not warrant its products in case of misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.

2)          Any claim regarding delivered products must be addressed to NeoShine within 7 days of receiving the products/services.

3)          NeoShine commits to processing any claim as quickly as possible.

4)    Acceptance of the quote constitutes agreement to the use of the products processed in materials for promotional, marketing, etc. purposes unless an explicit exclusion request is made before agreement.

Article VIII. Responsibilities

1)          NeoShine cannot be held liable for indirect damages suffered by the customer.

2)          NeoShine's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article IX. Disputes

1)          Disputes arising from the interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions are subject to Belgian law.

2)          In case of a dispute, the courts ofArlon have jurisdiction.

Article X. Intellectual Property:

1)          The brand, the logo, the photos and videos on the NeoShine website are the sole property of Neo Shine

2)          The brand, the logo, the photos and videos on the Neo Shine website may not be used under any circumstances without written consent from the Banner Corp SRL.

Article XI. GDPR

1)          NeoShine is a company concerned with the protection of your personal data and is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation.

2)          The personal data collected during orders is not transmitted to any third parties.

Article XII. Modification of the ToS

1)          NeoShine reserves the right to modify the ToS at any time

2)          However, the applicable ToS are those in effect on the date of the order

3)          These ToS were updated on April 4, 2024
